✦Documented Narrative Involvement
By all documented accounts, Sergeant Glennan is a walking disaster - reckless and dangerous. Numerous incident reports have been filed under her name. Interim Knight Commander Lyndon reports that his interactions with her have been "invigorating." One incident stands out from the others. A year after the start of the Adernian-Savidorian conflict, she discovered an underage youth serving in the people's army. Instead of reporting the youth to the proper officers, she requested he be placed under her care as a squire in the Second Order. It was another four months before the truth came to light. Edain was verbally reprimanded. The youth still remains in her care.
Despite this lack of proper conduct and rule-following, Edain's position among the trusted knights chosen to accompany High Commander Voss as part of Luka's watchcare went unchallenged. Furthermore, it is speculated that High Commander Voss knew of the infraction and welcomed it, though no documentation exists to prove it. He praises her highly and has few negative things to say about her skill and conduct within the Second Order.
Edain's presence at the Voss Estate has proven indispensable, however. Luka's recorded interactions are quite positive. Her rather brash and reckless attitude seems the perfect challenge for young Luka, whose competitive nature works well with, and not against, Edain's personality. Maeve notes often that Luka brightens visibly when she approaches.
Edain's reports keep a steady record of wins and losses. While the initial accounts were skewed largely in her favor, Luka seems to be gaining.
✦Addendum - Garrick's lack of negative comments towards Edain's actions make me think perhaps the Second Order, despite being the elite, is much more lax about decorum than most. While some have publicly argued against this being a proper model for raising knights, the results speak for themselves - no other knight order has ever shown as much success before.

✦ Physical Appearance
Tall and fierce with a broad, mischievous grin. Edain has some aberrant features compared to the typical Adernian features. While she bears the typical sandy complexion and browns of Adernians, her eyes are curiously bright green and her height is more uncommon among the Adernian female population, suggesting a slightly mixed lineage. Despite that, her height has allowed some benefits. The men do not underestimate her strength nor her zeal.
✦ Temperament & Disposition
Edain's records indicate a compelling personality. She has an impressive number of infraction reports within the Second Order's files. Neither Garrick nor Lyndon seem to mind Edain's glib tongue and lack of proper decorum towards superior officers, and her service record indicates why. Captain Hawthorne and Sergeant Halek were less ambiguous. They describe Edain as obstinate, excitable, fierce, and determined - one they can always trust their backs with. As for Edain herself, her world is clearly black and white. "Orders are orders," she states in her interview. "I do my job, and I have no regrets."

Superior Officer and brother-in-arms; Edain respects his authority and will follow his lead. She also gives him hell - something she feels he deserves. Good friends.
Garrick Voss -
Former Knight Commander, now her High Commander; Edain, like Riven, was recruited to the Second Order before Garrick became High Commander and has been with him through the ups and downs.
Luka -
Playmate; there's no better word for it. The two have quite the competitive streak and will stare each other down for hours if it means winning.
Maeve -
The love of her best friend, and therefore another best friend in the making; Edain loves teasing Bran about Maeve but would be the first to have her back.

As a collective, they are family; Edain always says there are two kinds of family - the one your born to and the one you'd die for.
