Narrative Relevance
The Second Knight Order is the primary body of knights that defeated and captured the Monster of Savidor on the battlefield the final day before the ceasefire was signed. Only through their courage and perseverance was the task able to be completed. After such a feat, the Second Knight Order were given their new tower and charged with the containment of the monster while recovery and interrogations were to take place. Lack of information and relief strained the order and led to internal decline and placed a need on the restructuring of recruitment policies.
After the revalations regarding Luka, many of the Second Order knights expressed anger and frustration, though no outward regret. "We did our jobs," reported Sergeant Edain Glennan, a sentiment shared by many.
✦Addendum - Instead of perseverance, I deem obstinacy the better yet more crass observation. That and insanity. Only someone with enough of both would ever agree to such a risky operation. They were lucky to come out of it with minimal losses.
Form of Governance
Military command under that of Interim Knight Commander Josiah Lyndon, formerly close and personal aide to his majesty.
High Commander Garrick Voss retains a close relation with the Knight Order, but the need of a new Knight Commander to share the burden became necessary for him to support the rest of the army.

A need to have a small, elite organization to handle more delicate and dangerous operations that a larger number of knights would find difficult.
Organizational Structure
The Second Knight Order operates under a defined chain of command led by a Knight Commander, supported by senior officers responsible for coordination and discipline. While strategic objectives and authority are centralized, operational decisions are frequently delegated to field leaders. Captains and Sergeants are entrusted to adapt to changing conditions while remaining aligned with mission objectives and inter-unit coordination.

The Second Knight Order emphasizes decisive action, adaptability, and collective responsibility. Its doctrine prioritizes the protection of the realm, entrusting knights to exercise judgment in the field while remaining accountable to shared command and purpose.
✦Addendum - Every knight within their ranks was chosen personally by Garrick Voss himself, who had an uncanny knack of picking some of the best names and worst personalities. This changed recently with the addition of new blood knights, but the knight order is determined to bring them up to par.

Historical Overview
Originally founded under a different name to patrol and keep the lands near the High Marches safe from intrusion across the Atalan border, it became an official knight order once King Fenric recruited Garrick Voss to be his army's High Commander.
Influence & Reach
Knights of this order receive high admiration from other orders and soldiers within the Adernian army. Many trust that a knight of the Second Order will do one of two things - make things hectic and get the job done well.
Atmosphere & Character
The Second Knight Order maintains a culture of close internal bonds, forged through shared risk and prolonged service. Loyalty within the Order is strong, and members commonly view one another as family rather than mere comrades. Newly inducted knights are commonly regarded as younger brothers and sisters within the Order, expected to be guided, trained, and protected until they are able to stand as full equals.
